Gregory A. Eichorn is a partner in our Chicago office. Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, Mr. Eichorn was corporate counsel for Turner Construction Company where he was responsible for managing insurance claims for the company’s workers’ compensation and general liability coverage as well as negotiated complex construction contracts for sports stadiums, office buildings and residential high rises, specialty construction and high rise office renovations. He also has significant experience in the evaluation of bond and lien claims, early dispute resolution and risk management and assessment.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Eichorn was a an engineer for Turner Construction Company where he worked on construction projects in varying capacities including a leadership role as a Project Superintendent for the $80 million construction and renovation of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra building.

Mr. Eichorn is a member of the Chicago American Arbitration Association Construction Advisory Committee and is an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University, where he has taught Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolution since 2004.

Mr. Eichorn received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois (Champaign—Urbana) and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School.
