Robert A. Drucker is a structural design engineer and has extensive experience in the construction industry. He began his engineering career as a design engineer, and then as a superintendent of construction for a sewage treatment project and as a project manager for several commercial construction projects. Mr. Drucker has substantial experience in the curtainwall industry and has the ability to understand and analyze the technical aspects of any matter.

Mr. Drucker has experience in the defense of construction related personal injury and property damage claims, as well as health and safety construction litigation, including asbestos litigation and the defense of OSHA citations issued in the Construction and Industry sectors. Most notably, Mr. Drucker has successfully obtained the dismissal of all claims in a multimillion dollar case asserted, against an engineer, under a design immunity defense and the dismissal of a claim asserted against the designer of Yankee Stadium by a spectator. Additionally, Mr. Drucker has successfully defended a $2 million arbitration in a defective construction and property damage case, arising out of the construction of a precast garage, as well as recovered $21 million in damages for a contractor who was simultaneously terminated on three HUD housing projects.

Mr. Drucker is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey, as well as the courts of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Drucker is a member of the Construction and Public Contract Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Municipal and Environmental Sections of the New York State Bar Association. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, where he received his Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, and New York Law School.
