Jerry P. Brodsky is trilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese) and concentrates his practice in the areas of Construction Law and is certified by the Florida Bar as a Construction Law Specialist. His practice includes the representation of international and domestic general contractors, construction managers and other construction professionals, in the United States and throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, in the negotiation and preparation of construction documents, and the negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation of construction contract claims, construction and design defect claims, insurance claims, surety bond claims and related matters. Mr. Brodsky also provides training services and counseling to international clients in the areas of contract negotiation, drafting and administration. Mr. Brodsky is the Director of the Firm's Latin American Practice Group.

Mr. Brodsky represents and has served as Project Counsel for clients involved in the construction of private and public projects during the procurement, implementation, administration and post-completion phases of residential, commercial and infrastructure works, including mega-projects using traditional and Project Finance/Public-Private Partnership (PPP) delivery models.

Mr. Brodsky is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida as well as the courts of the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Miami-Dade County Bar, and has served as an officer of the international division of the American Bar Association, and has been recognized as a leading construction lawyer by Best Lawyers.

Mr. Brodsky has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami.
