Danielle M. Bonett is an associate and the manager of the firm's ProjectNotice® group. Before joining the firm, she was practicing in the areas of construction and employment litigation. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Bonett worked for sixteen years in the nuclear utility industry where her focus was on regulatory compliance.

She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 1993 and her law degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2000. While in law school, Ms. Bonett was an Articles & Symposia Editor for the Stetson Law Review. She is admitted to practice law before the United States District Courts of New Jersey, Colorado, and the Southern District of New York, as well as the courts of the State of New Jersey, New York, and Colorado. She is a member of the New York and New Jersey Sate Bar Associations. Ms. Bonett is resident in the New Jersey office.

Scott W. Carbone is a litigation associate in the Labor Relations and Employment Department. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of New Jersey in 1995 and his law degree from Seton Hall Law School in 2000. While attending law school, Mr. Carbone was a member and editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Jeffrey R. Escobar is a litigation associate. He received his law degree from New England School of Law in 2004 and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Washington in 2000. Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, Mr. Escobar served as a judicial law clerk and appellate court attorney for the New York State Appellate Division, Third Department and practiced product liability and mass torts at a prominent New York law firm. He authored Will Corporate Officers Ever be Criminally Responsible for Environmental Crimes?: Collapsing the Doctrines of Piercing the Corporate Veil for Successful Prosecutions, which was published in the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement in 2004. Mr. Escobar is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the State of New York. He is fluent in Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Tagalog and Elecano. Mr. Escobar is resident in our New York office.

Legislative Bureau Journal. Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, he practiced in the construction practice group of a prominent regional law firm
in Newark, NJ. He has experience in the areas of construction defects, commercial litigation, product liability and insurance coverage.

Howard Loeffler is an associate in the firm's ProjectNotice® group. Before joining the firm, he was a surety claims consultant managing the resolution of disputes on major construction projects nationwide. Mr. Loeffler was a surety claims executive at a major insurance company where he was responsible for the formation of its large surety claim work-out unit. Mr. Loeffler received his Bachelor of Arts degree Cum Laude from St. Mary's University, Minnesota and his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Cesar F. Pereira is a litigation associate. He received a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Public Administration from New York University in 2000 and 2001 and received his law degree from Boston College Law School in 2005, where he was the Managing Editor of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review.
