Kevin O’Connor is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice at Peckar & Abramson and has over 20 years of experience as a trial attorney. His areas of concentration are Employment Practices Liability Insurance and Directors & Officers defense; class action defense; partnership and corporate dissolutions; RICO and securities law defense; construction litigation; unfair competition; restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation; and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and Computer Related Offenses Act claims. He is a frequent lecturer on employment and construction law issues, and has published numerous articles in those areas. He is a contributing editor for Law.com.

Kevin received his bachelor of arts degree from Montclair State University and his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where he served as Editor-In-Chief of the Rutgers Law Review.
